Does PALS provide therapy?

No. PALS offers equine-assisted services (EAS) and adaptive riding. We do not provide treatment or diagnoses. Our program uses the therapeutic nature of horses as a modality to help reinforce the progress and skills developed with a  Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology professional. We can collaborate with your therapist to identify goals and determine a specialized plan for you.

Does PALS accept insurance?

Because we are not a medical facility we are unable to accept insurance. Thanks to the generosity of donors and through certain grants, we are able to offer some scholarships and discounted services. Contact us to see if you qualify.
